1. Get Approved as a Perci Partner
You need three things to be approved as a Perci Partner:
- An approved LOS/POS
- 75% disclosure-to-close rate
- A desire to have phenomenal processing
2. Submit Your File to Perci
Once you're approved, all you need to do is submit some basics about your file in our Partner Portal, and we'll take the file from there.
3. Relax
We set the file up, generate disclosures and ensure your clients have a 5-star experience throughout the entire transaction.

Non-QM and Jumbo. Our team of experienced Non-QM and jumbo processors are committed to making sure you do what you do best: close loans.
Add-ons
Second Mortgages / $395
Any additional mortgages being used on one transaction. Piggybacks, DPA… the works. We encourage creativity, and our team is trained to think the same.
Lender Changes / $225
Sometimes, you need to change lenders in the middle of a transaction. We get it, so rather than charging an entirely new fee, we simply add on a small lender-change fee on the new set of disclosures.
